NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR REGULATING FOREIGN LABOR MIGRATION IN UZBEKISTAN UNDER DIGITALIZATION CONDITIONS

In the article is analyzed the regulation of foreign labor migration processes in Uzbekistan through digital technologies. Digital tools and platforms are being used in all sectors, including labor migration and service management. While some of these technologies raise privacy and security concerns for migrant workers, they offer migrants easy access to information, fast and secure services. In the conditions of digitization, the Republic of Uzbekistan has favorable conditions for using digitization opportunities to support labor migrants.
