Various bug fixes:
- Output-DWDs.csv and Output-RDEs.csv now display results from all wedges instead of just the last.
- Beam .pgm files no longer need a single comment line.
- No longer need to specify dimension when giving a wireframe .obj file
- RADDOSE-XFEL doses print units
