Code repository for the publication - "Escalating Hydrological Extremes and Whiplashes in the Western U.S.: Challenges for Water Management and Frontline Communities". This code includes the results of streamflow whiplash identification for US West basins from 1981 to 2024, and the code to export the result using sample data implemented in R.
