Integrating your Digital Repository with DataCite Infrastructure

Arab research institutions produce diverse research outputs in both Arabic and English, including university dissertations and research data. Despite this diversity and abundance, these outputs often lack dissemination and exploration in global research databases. Adopting persistent identifiers (PIDs) is a crucial step towards integrating Arab research with the global system.

In his presentation, Massoud discusses the importance of integrating PIDs in research workflows and shows a case study of integrating a DSpace reposty with DataCite PID infrastructure.
