Psychological Factors in Research Data Management

The current work aims to help RDM staff and researchers alike to understand how attitudes and beliefs about research data management (RDM) develop and how they lead to good research data management. The psychological mechanisms concerning RDM are analyzed based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991) and further factors from empirical social psychological literature.
