Description
We simulated five human gut metagenomic samples to assess the taxonomic quantification accuracy of the mOTUs tool (link). In this directory you can find the metagenomic samples, the gold standard (used to produce them) and the profiles obtained with three metagenomic profiler tools.
Check README.txt for more information.
NOTE: Version1 is obsolete, the files used in the paper are in Version2.
