Supplemental code for Source-sink dynamics of bumble bees in rapidly changing landscapes

R code used to 1) fit dispersal kernels to published queen dispersal data, 2) generate random landscapes with varying degrees of habitat loss and fragmentation, and 3) evaluate resulting bumble bee population dynamics.
