Description
- New option: genozip --assess-reference assesses whether a reference file is suitable for compressing a paritcular file (FASTQ/BAM) (Enterprise/Premium). See https://www.genozip.com/reference#assess-reference
- New option: genocat --unlock allows Premium license holder to unlock a file compressed with --sendto, after which anyone can access it
- In-RAM reference caching now works for Mac too.
- New options: genozip --skip-zip, --skip-bz2 and --skip-xz skip compressing ZIP, BZ2 or XZ files respectively, or if combined with --tar: include them in the tar file verbatim.
- ONT: Modest improvements in compression of Nanopore FASTQ and BAM files
- Increased maximum number of sequences allowed in a reference file from 1M to 64M.
- Diagnostics: New: genozip --no-OQ: SAM/BAM: don't use the advanced method for compressing the OQ:Z field genozip --telemetry=field. Send 6 values of the field to telemetry Canceled: --force-longr, --no-longr
