Notre contribution a pour objectif de déterminer l’effet du niveau de maitrise de la langue
française sur la rédaction de correspondances administratives chez les employés de la direction
de l’unité postale de la wilaya d’El Tarf. Nous avons supposé que l’origine des difficultés
rencontrées était le manque de formation spécifique dans ladite langue. Les résultats de notre
questionnaire concluent que ces employés ont clairement verbalisé le besoin de suivre des
formations en français sur objectif spécifique pour améliorer leur compétence en français.
Abstract (English)
In this contribution, we try to verify the effect of the level of mastery of the French language on the smooth running of editorial tasks in annumber of employees in the direction of the postal unit of El Tarf, encounter difficulties when
