Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Services Context Document (OWS Context) specification describes how a so-called context document can reference OGC services, data sets or metadata records; in fact, any ‘addressable’ resource. It provides full contextual representation capabilities for situational awareness, catalogue search collections or analytical processing results. The OGC Web Processing Service (WPS) defines standardized interfaces for complex data in- and output parameters for computer-based geoprocesses.
