DPM: Directional integration and pathway enrichment analysis for multi-omics data

  • 1. University of Toronto

Description

DPM is a statistical data fusion method for integrating genes, proteins, and pathways across multi-omics datasets. It uses directionally informed P-value merging to prioritise genes and pathways with consistent directional changes between the input omics datasets and penalise genes and pathways with inconsistent directions. DPM is part of the ActivePathways R package. This version of the package corresponds to the results of the publication (Slobodyanyuk, Bahcheli et al, 2024).
