Implementing you OAIR and support services roadmap

This practical activity was run as part of the ROMOR Intermediate Training Workshops in Ramallah and Tulkarm in January 2018. 

The exercise continued the work started in the Basic Training Workshop held in Parma in September 2017 to develop a Business Canvas Model (BMC) for each HEI's Open Access Institutional Repository (OAIR) and support services. After this session, participants should:

• Have a set of key objective and targets for their OAIR and support services
• Have started to plan for the implementation of their services
• Have plans for monitoring and evaluating progress
