Description
Concatenation of 5 individual protein-coding CDS alignments -- cox3, nad2, nad4, cox1, cox2, in that order. These genes are encoded in the mitochondrial genomes of the mycobiont (lichenized fungi) of the lichen symbiosis. There are 32 species in this alignment, including eleven species in the focal clade, the genus Cladonia.
