Boil-off of red supergiants: mass loss and type II-P supernovae

The attached folder contains a MESA directory that computes mass loss as described in the paper "Boil-off of red supergiants: mass loss and type II-P supernovae". The directory contains a MESA inlist and a run_star_extras.f file that computes the mass loss rate and associated properties of the star. These run on MESA version 10398, using the mesasdk released on 20180822. To run models of different mass or metallicity, nothing needs to be changed except for the inlist parameters. 

We have also included a python analysis script that reads Mesa models and computes the corresponding chromospheric density and velocity profiles.
