Selection-driven cost-efficiency optimisation of transcripts modulates gene evolutionary rate in bacteria

This submission contains a compressed archive of tab delimited text files. Each file contains the per gene estimates of Sc and St (obtained using CodonMuSe) for one of 1320 bacterial species studied in the journal article of the same name. The files are named according to the species name. Gene names are provided in column 1.
