In response to the need for localized web services, addisportal.com aims to create a comprehensive web portal incorporating three key services: mailing, job searching, and yellow pages. This portal will support English and three local languages—Amharic, Oromifa, and Tigrigna—providing accessible and integrated services to users who may struggle with foreign languages.

• Limitations: No spam filtering, address book service, or file attachment feature.

Job Search Service

• Scope: Vacancy announcements in three local languages.
• Limitations: Does not cover employee placement for posted positions.

Yellow Page Service

• Scope: Directory browsing of service providers in different local languages.
• Limitations: Limited to services in Addis Ababa.
