A subset of the Planomonospora dataset published under Zdouc et al 2021 and available under MSV000085376. This subset encompasses strains from different phylogroups, all grown in the same medium. A medium blank is provided as well. This data is referenced in the FERMO 1.0.0 Documentation and made available for convenient access.
