  • 1. TNO
  • 2. IMEC
  • 3. CEA

Description

The deliverable represents a risk assessment guidance for the semiconductor industry. The focus of the document is the occupational hazard coming from the use of engineered nanomaterials in certain fabrication processes. The purpose of the guidance was to meet industries needs, meaning that the assessment of the health risks should preferably take as little effort/costs as possible, but nevertheless be conclusive on safety. The objective of Task 3.2. is to evaluate risk assessment and control methodologies identified in the guidance issued by TNO, and which represents the main part of this Deliverable.
