MMT: updated Binospec template. REGION: fixed an issue where region templates are rendered incorrectly in the case where the WCS RA and DEC axes have been flipped in the definition. REGION: fixed a problem with regions statistics. VAR (and STDDEV) were overflowing with large counts. GUI: up prec of displayed coords for deg and hms. CATALOG: update CDS server list. PREFS: add support for user defined precision. FITSY++: fixed an issue with the logic of locating keywords in current hdu and then the primary hdu. GUI: fixed an issue with the panner not updating properly on initial load. GUI: fixed an issue with current zoom and block factor and menu selection.
