Description
This repository duplicates the entire Sleep and Dream Database (SDDb), a public collection of dream reports. The purpose of this repository is (a) to provide a convenient access point for the dream reports, and (b) to provide a system of SDDb version control so that analysis of these dream reports can be replicated even when the official SDDb undergoes modifications. It contains all SDDb dream reports as of the date of download (see "Dates" section of this repository). No additional processing was applied.
Technical info
All SDDb dream reports were downloaded using the following steps:
- Went to the SDDb library page.
- Hit the Advanced search dropdown to get to the SDDb search page.
- Hit the Search Button with all search parameters empty to perform a "blank" search and return 100% of the dataset.
- Hit the Export CSV button.
- Hit the Skip and Export CSV button to download the file locally as
dream-export.csv. - Uploaded the local file
dream-export.csvto Zenodo.
See the "Dates" section of this repository for the date of download from SDDb.
