Abstract: This study intends to add to the scientific understanding of the link between self-awareness,happiness,and work performance.Whetheritis education of students,job ofemployee oranybusiness, self-awareness is important, but whether it is related to performance of work or not, is anissue of research. Primary data based on Likert scale are used for questionnaire development. Analysisis done with the software Jamovi.Work performance is taken as dependentvariable (DV) and anindependent variables (IVs) are happiness and self-awareness. The findings reveal a strong link betweenself-awareness, happiness, and work performance. Work performance is affected by every unit changein self-awareness, according to the coefficient of self-awareness. As a result, it is reasonable toconclude thathappinessand self-awarenesshave a favorable and considerable impacton workperformance. Thestudyalsoshowsthathappinessreflectspeople'semotionalexperiencesandconsequently, it provides vital data for a moral pluralist and to reach planetary sustainability. Futurescopeofresearchis tobedoneinotherareas likemedical,students,andotherprofessionals.
