IMPROVING FLEXIBILITY FOR SWIMMERS 12-15 YEARS OLD.

Description

This essay explores the importance of flexibility for swimmers and shows how a comprehensive understanding of its importance helps athletes succeed in the complex world of competitive swimming. Five flexion exercises are cited. Incorporating these exercises into a regular training routine can help swimmers maintain optimal flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and improve overall swimming technique.
