Abstract: In the contemporary financial landscape, evaluating a company's financial health is crucial for investors and stakeholders. The Piotroski F-Score Model, developed by Joseph Piotroski, offers a systematic approach to assess a company's fundamental strength. This research explores the application of the Piotroski F-Score Model in analysing Infosys Ltd., a leading Indian multinational in the technology sector. The study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Infosys's financial statements using the nine criteria within the F-Score framework. The research spans from 2019 to 2023, providing insights into Infosys's financial strength and its potential for sustainable value creation. The study reviews relevant literature on financial statement analysis and the Piotroski F-Score Model, followed by a detailed methodology outlining data collection and F-Score calculation. Findings and analysis summary highlight Infosys's stable financial performance with some challenges. Conclusion emphasizes the need for a nuanced evaluation, considering both strengths and potential areas of improvement.
