Development of ferret immune repertoire reference resources and single-cell-based high- throughput profiling assays

Description
We performed long read transcriptome sequencing of ferret splenocyte and lymph node samples full-length, non-chimeric circular consensus sequencing (CCS) reads to obtain over 120,000 high-quality immunoglobin (Ig) and T cell receptor (TCR) transcripts.
Notes
Organism, tissue, replicate number, index number or character, and FLNC is the structure of the fastq.gz files. Colonic Lymph nodes, Cranial Lymph nodes, and Splenocytes are denoted as CLN, CLMN, and SPL respectively.
UDEL iso-seq data are included for supporting evidence but were not used to identify transcripts (i.e. VDJ sequences) due to low sequencing quality. UDEL_8-5-20_primer_IG.fasta contains ferret splenocyte sequencing (three individual ferrets) and UDEL_6-12-20_IG.fasta contains ferret lymph node sequencing (8 -12 samples). All ferrets were female and 4-6 months in age.
