This research encompasses the updating of technologies in Educational Institutions, using Cloud Computing to overcome the scopes of the usual management of the software restoration process. The objective is to design and implement a cloud-based platform to streamline software restoration processes in the laboratories of Educational Institutions. It was executed in 5 sequential phases; Start Phase, the benefits and results of the infrastructure were projected; Planning Phase, the restoration processes and their priority by SLA were defined; Design Phase, a flow diagram was created using Cisco Packet Tracert Software; Integration Phase, the tools to be used were programmed; Testing Phase, the server and its functionalities were enabled by performing backup tasks and software deployment with acceptance tests to ensure quality and improvements in the times before the demand of technological resources. From the technological resource perspective, the time rate was reduced to 63.5% in the rate of restorations attended. This includes the optimization of processes in the use of the resources available in the Educational Institutions. Likewise, the decrease of 42% in the error rate evokes a greater efficiency and accuracy in the registration of restorations, being a more effective attention of requirement for the users.

This research contributes to the advancement of environments in educational institutions with more sustainable technological resources for the management of multicast solution, strengthens the effectiveness rate and increases the high performance in the institutions.
