Style, in lateral view (Fig. 1K), with ventral margin smooth and rounded, not excavated.Aedeagus (Figs 1L–1M) with shaft flattened dorsoventrally; two pairs of preapical processes: dorsal pair very short, spine-like, and ventral pair bifid with rami directed laterally and slightly curved anteriorly.

Male terminalia. Sternite VIII, in ventral view (Fig. 1E), approximately 1.5 times wider than long. Valve, in ventral view (Fig. 1F), about 1.5 times wider than long; posterior margin emarginated medially. Pygofer, in lateral view (Fig. 1G), about as high as long; dorsal margin moderately concave; posterior margin broadly rounded; preapical dorsal process (Fig. 1H) semicircular. Subgenital plates, in lateral view (Fig. 1G), extending slightly beyond apex of pygofer; in ventral view (Fig. 1I), approximately 4.1 times longer than maximum width; inner lateral margin widely rounded, outer lateral margin slightly excavated in apical half; apex acutely rounded. Connective, in dorsal view (Fig. 1J), about half-length of styles. Style, in lateral view (Fig. 1K), with outer lobe with subacute apex; blade with ventral margin smooth and rounded, not excavated. Aedeagus (Figs 1L–N) with shaft flattened dorsoventrally; with two pairs of preapical processes: dorsal pair, very short, spiniform, and ventral pair, bifid with moderately elongated and slender rami directed laterally and slightly curved anteriorly, ventral ramus slightly longer.

Female unknown.

Distribution. Bolivia (Santa Cruz).

Material examined. Male holotype: “ Bolivia, Dept of Santa Cruz, Prov. San Esteban, Mururina, 49 km N of Santa Cruz, 1120 ft, R.B. Cumming, at black light” “OSUC 0169576” (OSU).

Additional material: 1m: “ Bolivia: Dpto. Santa Cruz;\ Reserva Natural Potrerillo del\ Guanda [sic! Guénda]; S17°40.281’ / W63°27.451’, 400m;\ 3-9.XI.2009 at MV.UV lights & gen. coll.;\ Coll: G.J. Svenson ”, “DNA voucher\ Entomologia, DZRJ\ ENT 2801” (MNKM).

Notes. Pandara eleganta resembles Pandara parallela sp. nov. and Pandara inca sp. nov. in having the aedeagus with two pairs of preapical processes and ventral pair bifid. However, P. eleganta differs from these species by the style with the ventral margin smooth, and rami of the bifid process of the aedeagus not turned ventrally.
