D2.2 – Requirements Specifications – Initial version

This deliverable provides a technical report containing the initial version of the requirements 
specifications for the FRONTIER project at month 12. It is created as output of Task 2.2 (Future Mobility Traffic and Network Management Requirements and Stakeholders Needs), as part of WP2 (Requirements and Scalable Architecture for future mobility network and traffic management). The information summarized in this deliverable will be used for FRONTIER to determine the final structure of the architecture, the multi-actor organization and the business models
