Raw Data of Diurnal Emissions for Three Species of Narcissus
Description
This dataset contains raw emission data fro three species of Narcissus, recorded using gas chromatography coupled ion mobility spectrometry (Fur further Information of the used technique see:
Losch F, Liedtke S, Vautz W, Weigend M (2023) Evaluation of floral volatile patterns in the genus Narcissus using gas chromatography-coupled ion mobility spectrometry. Applications in plant sciences, doi: 10.1002/aps3.11506.
The data is stored in excel-worksheets with up to three different tables. For each Sample (2 Individuals of N. viridiflorus, 3 Individuals of N. papyraceus and 3 individuals of N. cantabricus), ~ 150 measurements were conducted over a time period of 72 hours.
Table1 consists of an sample identification number, which is composed of the corresponding date-time information. The format of the ID is YY-MM-DD hh:mm. The other columns (P0, P1,P2...) containing the signal intensities (semi-quantitative) of detected compounds for each time stamp.
Table2 contains information of the signals, such as the compound name (If signal could be identified), retention time (tR(s)), relative and ion mobility (1/K0).
