"Simplified Energy Prospective and Interterritorial Analysis" (SEPIA) tool, applied to the CLEVER energy transition scenario
Description
The ZIP file contains the "Simplified Energy Prospective and Interterritorial Analysis" (SEPIA) tool. It is a Python-based energy system calculation and visualization tool, designed to facilitate analysis and comparison of prospective energy data from various countries, and provide an overview of the results at the European level. Results feature a range of chart types, including maps, Sankey diagrams, area charts, and line charts, allowing users to explore and compare different energy-related indicators.
This tool has been developed and used as part of the European energy transition scenario called CLEVER, led by négaWatt Association in collaboration with several European partners. Input data as well as pre-generated results of SEPIA, within the context of this project, are both included in the ZIP file.
