Description

This repository contains a comprehensive collection of Benchmark Response (BMR) values sourced from international databases, provided in a long format. The dataset's objectives include defining BMRs for specific endpoints while considering various characteristics such as compound properties, study details (e.g., strains, species, and gender), toxicity information (target organ, type, and mechanism of toxicity), and statistical aspects of dose-response modeling.
