Description
terratools is a Python package to simplify the reading, processing and visualisation of outputs produced by the geodynamic simulation software, TERRA.
Devleopment has been supported by the NERC Large Grant - Mantle Circulation Constrained (MC2).
Full documentation can be found at the readthedocs page.
v1.1.0
This version includes some new features to afford users more flexibility when using terrratools plotting functions.
- Allow plotting to existing figures by passing
figandaxto plotting functions. - Return colorbar if requested with
return_cbar=True. - Calculate spherical harmonics for single component of vector field, selected with
v_field_ind={i} - Plot single component of vector field, selected with
v_field_ind={i}
Also includes minor updates to some docstrings.
v1.0.2
Allow users to add fields with arbitrary name to the TerraModel
v1.0.1
Updates the minimum required version of scikit-learn to 1.3.0
