Functional networks of inhibitory neurons orchestrate synchrony in the hippocampus: spontaneous imaging data

Description
This dataset contains 2-photon calcium imaging data from the paper 'Functional networks of inhibitory neurons orchestrate synchrony in the hippocampus'. This is the spontaneous calcium imaging data from CA1 pyramidal cells and interneurons used to generate the results related to Fig. 1 and Fig. 4a.
Data organisation
The dataset contains 11 calcium imaging recordings from 6 mice. Each .mat file corresponds to a recording session. MAT files contains metadata of the experiment, calcium fluorescence traces and all arrays and variables relevant to the main results.
Analysis codes
The data were analysed using custom-written MATLAB codes available here.
