VMWare Image for the UPM Bioinformatics Programming Challenges course - BioRuby, R,  and Semantic Web tools pre-configured.  This includes BioRuby, Ruby RDF libraries, BLAST (and a BLAST database), ClustalW, Komodo code editor,  Jupyter, and BlazeGraph.

It is designed to work with the Jupyter Notebooks in the CBGP GitHub repository: https://github.com/CBGP-UPM-INIA-PUBLIC/UPM_BioinfoCourse/
