Control panel for nanomonsv from HPRC and 1000 Genomes Project

Description
This is control panel for nanomonsv software (Shiraishi et al., Nucleic Acids Research, 2023), which is expected to exclude many false positives as well as improve computational cost.
HPRC panels: Made by aligning 36 Nanopore or 44 PacBio HiFi sequencing data from Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) release 1 (Liao et al., Nature, 2023) to the GRCh38 or CHM13 reference genomes with minimap2 version 2.24.
1000G ONT Vienna panels (new in v2): Made by parsing 1,019 CRAM files from the 1000 Genomes ONT Vienna dataset (Schloissnig et al., Nature, 2025) aligned to GRCh38 or CHM13 (T2T) reference genomes.
