Bugfix release

  • Fixed extra length issues with barplots, dotplots and linemaps. Code was missing a line.strip(). Issue created visual artefacts on barplots (longer frames).
Code cleanup:
  • Added --version option for all scripts.
  • Minor code cleanup / standardisation across scripts
