The Figures in Predicting visual function by interpreting a neuronal wiring diagram, Nature 634,113–123 (2024) can be reproduced using code available at https://github.com/hsseung/OpticLobe.jl and data that is available here. The same is true of some of the Figures in Neuronal parts list and wiring diagram for a visual system, Nature 634, 166–180 (2024).

The files are derived data that were previously downloadable through the FlyWire Codex. Some files are older versions that are no longer downloadable through the Codex, while other files are still current and downloadable. (Correspondences with current Codex downloads can be discerned from the MD5 checksum.)
