Description
This repository contains Python code for the local partitioning of the Walker and Hadley circulations. The code is designed to analyze atmospheric circulation patterns by decomposing the global circulation into regional components, specifically focusing on the Walker and Hadley cells. This partitioning allows for a detailed examination of the dynamics and variability of these circulations in different regions and under various climatic conditions.
Code allows to flexibly output up to 8 diagnostics including mass flux, omega and decomposed wind structures.
