Descriptions: The RegulaRN Leitos Gerais dataset is part of a range of data from the RegulaRN platform. This was the platform used by the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte, consisting of data involving the hospitalization process of patients que necessitam de internação em leito hospitalar and the respective regulation of beds for hospitalization of this patient. In addition to understanding all these aspects, the database also contains the patient's discharge or death information.

Description
eup float64 Represents the EUP score value. The numerical scale ranges from 2 to 8 and is associated with the Charlson Comorbidity Index, Clinical Frailty Scale and simplified SOFA.
sofa float64 Represents the patient's prioritization value according to the values of this scale.
tipo_leito_solicitado object Represents the type of bed selected by the regulation center for a patient. The results could be: ward and uci.
tipo_leito_de_entrada object Represents the type of bed that the patient was allocated in the health unit (hospital). The results could be: ward and uci.
tipo_leito_de_saída object Represents the type of bed the patient was in before the outcome.
ti float64 Represents the patient's length of stay
sexo object Represents the patient's sex.
idade float64 Represents patient age.
hospital_prestador object Represents the health unit that admits and accommodates the patient in the bed.
cid object Represents the International Classification of Diseases for bed regulation.
desfecho object Represents the outcome of the patient in bed. Possible values for this field are: discharge and death.
