Models for "A Tale of Two Molecules: The Underprediction of CO2 and Overprediction of PH3 in Late T and Y Dwarf Atmospheric Models"

Description

Overview:
Included here are two sets of models used in Beiler et al. 2024 "A Tale of Two Molecules: The Underprediction of CO2 and Overprediction of PH3 in Late T and Y Dwarf Atmospheric Models". These include a varient of the Sonora Elf Owl model grid that treats phosphine as a part of the general disequilibrium scheme, and a grid of models generated with PICASO based on the Elf Owl chemical and temperature profiles where we include the abundances of carbon dioxide and phosphine as parameters.

Sonora Elf Owl Varient:
These models are located in 'elf_owl_disequilibrium_PH3.npz', with further instructions on how to access them in the notebook file 'HowtoreadElfOwlfile.ipynb'. The model fluxes are in units of erg/s/cm2/cm. 

PICASO Model Grid:
These models are located in the PICASOModels.zip folder, with further instructions about the model naming covention is PICASO_README.txt. There are four sub-folders included, one for each of the objects in Beiler et al. 2024a, each of which includes all of the model spectra already smoothed and convolved to the objects' wavelengths. Further details about the generation of these models can be found in Section 5 of Beiler et al. 2024. The model fluxes are in units of Janskys, and the model wavelengths are in microns.
