Ammodillus imbellis (de Winton 1898)

[Gerbillus] imbellis de Winton 1898, Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., ser. 7, 1: 249.

Type Locality: Somalia, Goodar.

Vernacular Names: Ammodile.

Distribution: Somalia (Roche and Petter, 1968) and E Ethiopia (Yalden et al., 1976).

Conservation: IUCN – Vulnerable.

Discussion: Reviewed by Roche and Petter (1968) and Pavlinov et al. (1990). Chromosomal traits documented by Capanna and Merani (1981).
