Type Locality: Taiwan, Taichung County, Wu-ling Farm; 1,800 m; 24°24'N, 121°18'E.

Vernacular Names: Necklace Sprite.

Distribution: Taiwan.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Data Deficient.
