The article discusses problems associated with the peculiarities of improving the tactical and managerial activities of internal affairs bodies in suppressing mass riots and ensuring public order. The author conducted a brief analysis of foreign experience in the activities of internal affairs bodies and law enforcement agencies in protecting human rights and ensuring public safety.
