THE CONCEPT, LEGAL SIGNS AND SUBJECT OF A GIFT CONTRACT AND ITS DIFFERENT ASPECTS FROM A GIFT

This article analyzes the concept, essence, legal signs, subject of the gift contract according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its different aspects from the gift. Also, foreign experiences related to this type of contract were studied.
