A LOOK AT THE HISTORY OF LAW REGARDING THE EMERGENCE OF THE INVESTIGATIVE ACT OF PRODUCTION FOR RECOGNITION

If we pay attention to the comments given in the "Annotated Dictionary of the Uzbek Language" about showing in order to recognize, then the dictionary meaning of the term "Recognize" is explained as "To know, to distinguish someone, something that belongs to oneself or is familiar by its appearance or some other sign^[1]." Although this notion is not juridical it coincides for content of presentation for recognition investigative activity in the Criminal procedure Code.
