This dataset contains polyline annotations and optical micrographs of hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) on a 300-nm oxide substrate. It includes images categorized into 41 classes based on thickness, ranging from 10 nm to 400 nm in increments of 10 nm, with an additional class for thicker layers. The annotations are provided in the form of polylines, which mark the boundaries of hBN regions in the micrographs.
