This dataset contains georeferenced real estate data for Addis Ababa, used to test the gradient predictions of the monocentric city model. The data includes property address (longitude, latitude), price (rent), size, and other relevant attributes collected from 2017 to 2024.
The raw.zip file contains the raw data for each provider, untouched.
