Description

This repository contains a Singularity file (`StoneToolEvol2024.sif`) to re-create the R environment with all necessary R packages to reproduce the analyses/run the R scripts from Matzig et al. (2024) hosted on https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10693325. 

The Singularity container is created using the `StoneToolEvol2024.def`script on singularity-ce version 3.10.0 running Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS. It contains R 4.3.1 with the relevant packages in their correct versions, and their dependencies specified in the `install_packages.R` script.
