  • oneAPI: use -standard-semantics to correctly handle C_BOOL. Consuming projects must also set -standard-semantics with oneAPI
  • add more magic hex ids known
  • simplify/improve how C++ standard is set (default C++20, fallback C++17 minimum)
  • improve filesystem_type test
