Masked Synthetic Ptychographic Iterative Engine (msPIE)

  • 1. Cornell University

Description

There are two packages. One for msPIE reconstruction and the other for registering reconstructed images.

To test the msPIE, download the testdata from DOI 10.5281/zenodo.11114459. Run msPIE_Sequence and results will be saved at msPIE_Results under the same directory. Reconstructing all four frames at given setting will take ~10 hours.

For improved SNR, the registration package provides a jupyter notebook for rigid registration. Change the image reading directory 'dir' to your directory where 'msPIE_Results' is at and run through the notebook. It will perform rigid registration for the 4 reconstructed ptycho images and save the averaged image.
