Abstract: Employee engagement and work happiness are paramount for organizational success, particularly in the competitive Information Technology (IT) industry. This study explores the intricate links between employee engagement, job satisfaction, and innovation within IT. Using surveys and standardized questionnaires, data are gathered from IT workers across various roles and expertise levels. The research examines factors influencing engagement, innovation, and job satisfaction while identifying impediments to these levels. Results reveal a strong association between employee involvement and job satisfaction in IT. Factors such as skill enhancement opportunities and acknowledgment of achievements contribute to engagement, while obstacles include workload and work-life balance issues. Leadership quality and communication also play crucial roles. The study underscores the strategic importance of fostering engagement and innovation for IT organizations to enhance job satisfaction, retain talent, and achieve sustained success. It provides practical insights for HR professionals and organizational leaders to optimize IT personnel's performance and well-being.
